22# KB,Good Mornings for Back Extensions
Had to stop and help Todd get fire ants off his back. Didn't eat very well this weekend. I've had a sinus headache for days and it was killing me during the workout. Is that enough excuses?

Ran/walked for 20 minutes after.
Raw/scabbed spot hurts so bad now...should have waited a few more days for it to heal.

I literally have no idea of my time but it was faster than the last 500. I felt better than I ever have after a workout and believe it is due to the zone diet and just getting stronger. Jennie, any chance you still have my time on the board?

This could be evidence that the man is an inarticulate bufffoon. Instead, viewed from the frame of his position, the interviewer imputes - without evidence - “brilliant” thoughts to him, and commends his “cerebral manner“.
