Teams of 2, work for 10 minutes
One partner does KB swings (55#/35#) while the other partner runs 100 feet carrying a medicine ball (20#/15#). When the runner returns, partners swap. Each minute, on the minute, men will do 5 push-ups and women will do 3 push-ups and then continue whatever they were working on. Score is total reps of swings for the team. The medicine ball is to never hit the ground during transition, only during push-ups. If the ball is dropped, a 5 swing penalty will be deducted from total reps.

Little different this time.
Partnered with Jeremy, he did 55#, I did 55# on my first set, then went to 35#. We carried the 20# ball which sucked surprisingly a lot worse than the lighter ball from last time.
We finished with 147 reps. Low count, but still very good workout.
Stayed pretty much on target zone today...no sugar, 1 diet coke, need more vegetables.

Brett and Blake used 35# and 20# ball and did 204. It was hard but lots of fun. Thanks Jennie and Jayson.

sam and i were partners today. did 35# kb swings and used 15# ball for run. we did total of 160 swings. all pushups were strict. we felt good and did well.
