6/10 afternoon
45:00 run/walk with some good stretching.
Did a couple pull-ups and a couple sets of 10-15 squats randomly during the run. Basically trying to remove the pizza from my system via sweat.

Still struggling with flexibility in the seated position. Also Ive started doing periformus stretching.
