Maintained steady, easy pace (avg. 2:22.5) until last 200 meters (kept it under 2:00.0) which made overall pace 2:19.8. No rest, only 1 sprint.

Done 2/11 @ 5:30AM
I chose to pick a weight that I felt I could do for all 10 rounds without scaling down. Could have gone higher for 2 rep max, but would have been dropping weight on later rounds.
Did 135#

Oh, and finished with more handstand holds...lots of handstands.

did 2/11/10
did all @ 155#. good form and good lifts. the last 3 sets could tell legs were fatiguing.
3 sets of handstand holds: 11s/9s/13s
3 min hold as long as possible (wasnt very long but tried to kick up and stay up as long as able) shoulders were smoked!! jennie and i had fun!
