Done 02/04 @ 5:30 AM
75# Thrusters (all unbroken)
10 kipping pull-ups (all broken 6/4 or 7/3)
10 bench dips (all unbroken)
TM runs @ 6.9-7.3
21:52
Legs and back are VERY sore, can't hardly move sore, so thrusters couldn't have been any heavier.
Tore hand on 4th round of pull-ups so went to gravitron on last round.
Didn't leave TM running between rounds like I normally do so it took 22 seconds to get up to speed each round.
Definitely could have had sub 20.

did on 2/4/10
thrusters 65#
muscle ups (subbed 1:1 pu/dips)on assisted machine set at 90#
400m run at 7.0 speed for 4 rnds/7.3 speed for the 5th rnd
**decided to do lower wgt on thrusters to avoid injury. and to work on maintaining excellent form. dips were killer. runs were at the highest speed ive been at yet. so pretty excited there.**
