Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Linda without deadlifts (hamstrings are still needing recovery) and without a timer
85# bench press
85# HPC
Worked on good form on the cleans, kept a good pace, but didn't rush through allowing my form to get sloppy. Very sore already.
Finished with 1/2 mile pack run at 1.0 incline and 6.7-7.1 pace (all I had time for)
