Sat., Dec. 5th...Day 1 of Adventure Race training.
Shea and I ran 3 miles of trails and road at Fred Young in 33'ish minutes.
Likely around 60% trail and 40% road.

45# DB swing (largest one I can grip) 10/10
45# OHS 10/10
burpees
kipping pull-ups
bench jumps
25# DB cleans
*all other runs were at 7.3 with no walking
