HSPU w/ feet on squat rack tower thing (I was totally upside down)

Very poor performance due to a week off of wods and a month off of dietary restrictions, as in, I ate 2 snickers bars that afternoon. :) 20 seconds in I thought I was going to die.

Oh yeah, I also did 3 sets of 3 95# front squats and I am already and surprisingly sore from it.
