rd 2 runs mostly @ 6.7 (no walking)

stopped there so I could have time to bike
all cleans were done pretty slow and deliberate, concentrating on sticking a good landing, not too soft or wide
bike ride was random hills, level 5, 10:00, 50 calories burned, 3.33 miles
