30 was split 23/7...absolutely could not get that bar up without stopping to stretch a sec.
Interesting WOD, sore from yesterday's Cindy, have a feeling I'll be SUPER sore after today.

100 (very slow but got it up)

100F/95 (im not gonna count it as a F but note that it was extremely slow moving and jennie did assist so i didnt drop the bar on myself...that would have been terrible!)

95(again slow, but this time no assist)
45 (rocked out 22 great...then got fatigued and the last 3 arms were very fatigued.)
