With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Did kipping pulls through 10 minutes (finished 10th with 27 seconds to spare) and decided to do jumping through 20th minute to save hands (finished 20th with about 10 seconds to spare).
Injury prevention keeps me training.
Finished with several sets of bar dips. Trying to work my weakness.

did 17+10 all jumping pullups...tried to practice swing to see if i could kip @ all. that fatigued my forearms pretty early but good practice.
