today was great!
3: 95# (pretty easy)
3: 115#
3: 145# (was tough but did well)
3: 150# (was heavy! completed all 3 well with a little breakdown n form but not bad)
3: 155#F (heavy!!! got 2 out of 3 with pretty good form. just slow & steady Failed on the 3rd coming up)
**felt really good today. felt strong. zoned well yesterday and had a meaty lasagna and apple cider last night(cheat meal). slept well!**

Lower back is still feeling fatigued from Linda Monday and I could feel it coming out of the bottom of the squat.
*Haven't been getting my 8 hours of sleep...more like 6-7...need to get more sleep.
