**note: the last time i did fran @ rx was done in 16m:19s (did 70# for half and 65# for half. the 1st and 2nd Frans ive done were in 10m:37s (@53#) and 10m:53s (@63# for 1/2 and scaled to 53# for rest). so even tho i had more cheat meals than normal (bc it was thksgvg wk) i hadnt woded in 4 days, and i thought i was gonna puke, i did better than i thought.**
