45# instead of 65# on snatch and OHS
All snatches unbroken
OHS unbroken rd 1-2, 9/6 rd 3, 8/7 rd 4-5
TM runs all at 8.9 unbroken
Core was wrecked from 800's yesterday, didn't think I had the stability to do the 65# all 5 rounds. Core is screaming now, only 2 hours after the wod.

snatches: did 45# for rnd 1-2 and dropped to 30# for 3-5 rnds.
OHS: did 45# for rnd 1. did 5/15 w 45# and 10/15 w 30#
400m run: did all bw 6.5 and 6.7 on treadmill
**was 5th day of cycle and i was physically n mentally done. OHS was terrible. wanted to quit after 3rd rnd but didnt.**
