was feeling pretty good about it until i realized that i forgot to do the burpees...

except 12.5lb ball

walkn lunge: stopped abt 1/2 way 2 rest
k2e: 25/25
push press(45#bar): 15/10/15/10
back ext(on machine): 15/15/10/10
wb(sub dumbell thrusters 10# each hand): 10's
burpees: **3 sets of 10 (didnt finish for time reasons...)
double unders(sub tuck jumps): 10's
that was just terrible. this was my day to puke**. oh well, i knew it would arrive 1 day and it was today. prolly lack of sleep, cheat meal nite b4, and drank some water b4 and during 1st part of wod...never again!

10# in each hand dumbell thrusters (sub for wall balls)
k2e done off bench where legs were hanging off so more extension
100 single unders (sub for DU)
