30 55# KB swings (people are really starting to stare at this point)

gag in the garbage can without a bag, lay down, briefly consider finishing, laugh at myself for being stupid enough to consider finishing, try to convince the girls next to me we should rest and do 2 more rounds, laugh some more because we all know there's no way we're getting off that floor, 100 sit-ups to make ourselves feel better about quiting and for skipping Angie this weekend, what a great morning (coughing CF's cough)

only completed 3rnds...time: 28m:35s
1st rnd: ran all 800m @ 6.7 speed on treadmill...35# KB swings (15/15)...swinging jumping pulls
2nd rnd: ran abt 6.7 speed w walk in there (thought my body hated me at this point)...KB swings were the best part (15/15)...swinging/jumping pulls (terrible. grip was weak. it was terrible.)
3rd rnd: ran and walked. super tired by this point...KB swings (15/15)...jumping/swining pulls (again terrible. got to 5 @ a time. terrible.)
100 situps after heart beating out of chest and panting stopped.

It was tough!! Good way to get back in the swing of things though..
We only did 3 rounds..
Shelley ran a mile for warm up before she knew that we were doing Eva...
all times include walking from downstairs to the treadmills upstairs..
