3rnd: 6/6. all.
4rnd: 6/6. 5/5.

6rnd: 6/6. 8/2.
7rnd: 6/6. all.
+ 3 snatches.
**grip on right hand started to give beginning on 3rd-4th. snatch felt a bit akward but def could tell if didnt engage hips, that bar wasnt gonna come over head! overall, felt pretty good abt it.**

This was total fun! Really felt like I got a lot of snatch practice and a WOD in at the same time.
10 full rounds + 3 snatches
rx'd 45# power snatches
rd 1-3 unbroken
rd 4-7 broken 6-6
rd 8-10 broken 5-4-3
all knee push-ups unbroken
*can definitely tell I'm gaining my push-up strength back*

Obviously, after checking .com to see what others did, I need to step up the intensity. Resting too much between moves or something. Need to shoot for AT LEAST 13 rounds next time.

All hanging snatches
9 rds and 3 snatches.
Second workout back from back incident and didnt feel right with the range of motion from the ground. Hence the hanging snatches.
