Wasn't really winded, but met muscle failure several times. BP was by far the hardest.

Amber

pretty disappointed with today. heres why.
started @ 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
8: dl-145# for 8. rite hand grip failed several times. didnt count Fails. pretty terrible feeling.
bp-65# did really well here. unbroken
cleans-65# and did hang power cleans. not full squat cleans. were broken but 4got when.
7: dl-145# for 2. dropped to 135# for the rest. still had grip failure.
same as above for bp and cleans.
6: dl 135# for 2. dropped to 90# for rest. just could not hold onto bar and had several grip fails.
same bp and cleans as 8rnd
5 to 1: dl-90# for all. lost control on the way down several times. grip was switched up to hold onto bar. bp and cleans were ok and stuck to 65# whole time.
**felt really weak and really disappointed. wanted to quit from embarrassment.**
