all with 6 pullups, pushups with feet on 24" box, and 2 pood KB
rds 1-5: 6 ring dips
rds 6-8 10 box dips

I used the 4:1 sub for pull-ups & dips to muscle-ups for the first 3 rounds. Used 3:1 for next 3 rounds and 2:1 after that so...
8/8/4/8 rd 1-3
6/6/4/8 rd 4-6
4/4/4/8 rd 7-10
handstand push-ups with feet on highest barbell (getting easier again, post surgery)
1 1/2 pood KB
