I used 30# dumbbells and wow are thrusters harder with dumbbells than the barbell!
I got in 6 full rounds with probably 15-20 seconds to spare and no one made me get anymore thrusters in so I didn't! Loser, I know.
Everyone did an outstanding job! We're seeing great progress!

Oh, I should probably note here for future reference that I ate garbage 75% of the weekend, including banana pudding icecream just 3 hours before the wod.

I completed 6 or 7 rounds with 65#'s . I'm not really sure I stopped counting. I didn't do the run due to both of my feet being hurt. :( Hopefully by nxt week i will be able to start running again.
