My 5 year old did...
AMRAP 20 min
5 burpees
20 alternating punches/palm strikes on heavy bag
2 heavy bag takedowns
20 punches/elbows to the heavy bag from the mount
he got 9 rounds

Finished 4 rds and the run on rd 5 in 20:05
.15 mile runs on TM @ 8.7
SDHP's w/ 60# little bar, all rds broken 8,7,6
15 kipping pulls on rd 1, 10 on rd 2-3, 15 jumpers on rd 4 (hands are shredded)

i agree. it sucked! worked out at the gym. they thought that we were crazy! long walk from sdhp/pullup station to treadmill. ran 250m instead of rows
