I love this WOD, but doing at the gym sucks! I had to walk up and down the stairs and get the tread mill started every round.

35# DB swings (much harder to swing than KB)
rd 1&2 unbroken, rd 3 broken 11-10
all pull-ups kipping and broken (first rx'd pull-up wod since surgery)

Been eating garbage since Friday at about 2:00.
