First day back at Maximum at 5:30 AM. Can't dump weight, good bars, but bad knurling!

All full squat cleans
6 @ 95, all others at 85#
decline bench, ab mat sit-ups

Very sore still (to touch, move, sneeze, etc.) from the "core work" wod and the legs are fatigued from the 3 rds of BP, PU, BS wod.
