Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat
Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

rd 1: 7@85/6 kipping/8@115
rd 2: 15@65/13 band/8@115
rd 3: 13@65/15 band/7@115
rd 4: 12@65/15 band/8@115
rd 5: 10@65/16 band/3@115 then balance failure
pull-ups done on mobile rack in carport that has HUGE knurls, hands are toast.
rested 2-3 minutes between rounds usually, but only enough rest between lifts to change out weights.

*all of my carb blocks were from the unfavorable category...banana pudding for breakfast and 10 chips for lunch...YES!!!

used 190 for bench and squat, don't know actual weight the scale didn't work. better to be too high that too low...
