Can't wait to do this tonight! Considering that I'm so sore I can barely make myself straighten my arms, I can imagine it will be interesting putting load overhead.

Hey Trey, we won't be working out Saturday, we're going to float the Buffalo. Our next group workout is Sunday at 6:00 at Fred Young Park.

Didn't feel like looking for anymore weight, but the 75 was heavy enough for today anyway. I had already eaten supper and wasn't nearly focused enough on the WOD.
Did sets of 5 pull-ups between each set of OHS. They are getting stronger (again).
