I did better the last time on this one..
Time last time was 19:25
Today 19:38...
I may not have ran any faster than I usually do but I felt like I was running longer distance before I had to stop. So there has been some improvement.

18m:41s...1st round: ran all the way and tried to pick up the pace...completed all wall balls and knee2elbows ...2nd round walked 1x and ran @ slower pace...did all wall balls and 10/10 knee2elbows...3rd round (had a hard time catching my breath) walked in beginning and 1x after started w/ slow pace jog...did 5/5 or 6/4 (?) wall balls and 10/10 knee2elbows...only walked a few paces in beginning (less than 3rd round) and 1x during run; did try to open stride up last 50m in...did 7/3 w/ only a pause b/w...did all knee2elbows w/o stopping (at 17 was mad at Jennie for making me do them all in a row ;)) NOTE: overall, felt strong, recovered well, felt good! proud i beat my old time (first time w/ that!)
