Nice job David, way to jump in. I was scared of and skipped snatches for at least 6 months when I first started CFing.
Shea and I did:
800 m
30 toe assited ring dips
30 jumping pull-ups
30 knees to elbows
30 45# back squats
30 sit-ups
800 m
16:10 as described including 2 breaks in my last run. I could not breathe.
