6/7/2 zone + 3 puff balls and some chips and salsa at church again...agh!
6 weeks post surgery yesterday.
Ran 1 mile at Malesus in 8:04.
19 seconds faster than 8 days ago and fastest post surgery time yet. Over a minute and a half faster than first post surgery mile.
Finished with 2 rounds of:
2 pull-ups (can only do 2 at a time before the ripping, burning sensation in my ribcage appears)
10 push-ups
2 pull-ups
10 squats
