5.5 weeks after surgery.
400 meters at Cedar Grove, down driveway to left, 2 fence posts shy of old driveway and back to house.
round 1-3 runs non-stop
rounds 4-5, short rest at turn around.
All OHS w/ 22# bar

6 seconds faster than last time (Feb), but less weight this time, but half lung removed and blah blah blah
Happy with performance.

As rxd runs on dreadmill all were squat cleans below parallel.
