Wrist hurts like a possible sprain from the overhead squats yesterday.
Felt like I was damaging something in the rack position, so I stopped at 175.

Technically, I'm still not supposed to be lifting, but hey, who's in charge here?
Several HPC at 45 and 65# while instructing, then I did full squat cleans for the WOD
