2 1/2 minutes better with same weight, but I did all strict push-ups last time.
Attempted strict push-ups, but still can't support weight in that position due to a stabing/burning pain in front of rib cage.

They told me I did 7 rounds and I was so smashed by the 3rd that I could not keep up.

I am still sore today from this killer workout!! LOL.. I'm at work and dont have my time with me. But I think I completed this in 21:??
