Off my pr by well over a minute.
Things to consider:
-mud cookie for lunch (and that's it)
-dehydrated, 3 proteins, cookie (~5 blocks) and no fats all day pre-WOD
-squats and/or running in last 4 workouts, legs were noticably fatigued.
end of day zone: 7/9/10
