Did several 45# OHS's and bottom holds and 2 pull-ups during park WOD.
Muscle is getting better at full extension, little to no pain during pull-ups and still pain free this morning.

I had to scale this one. I did the first 8 of the first set at rxd weight barely. So I had to drop to 135 to get reps. I did full extension decline bench situps. 18:00 flat.
