I died during the 3rd round and my ghost is actually typing this.
Those last 2 rounds... That's the closest I have come to puking since the last time I did this workout.

Runs on dreadmill 7 mph We dont have a 2 pood so I had to use 2 30 lb dbs which I think may have made it harder but I dont know cause it was freakin hard.
