Ran 2 miles at Malesus
8:23 1 mile
1 minute rest
9:14 2nd mile (included 30 sec rest midway)
5 weeks post surgery tomorrow.
Run time is coming down, capacity is improving, pain is reducing. Need to work more on stretching the cut muscles to full extension.
