We enjoyed a nice little workout at the park.
30 swings
200 yd run

A few of us opted to do walking lunges for the first half of the first run. I'm realizing now how bad of a decision that was. Total WOD took about 10 minutes.
Dr. said at follow-up today, no lifting for at least another month, but body weight exercises and running are ok as tolerated.
