I think I got 10 rounds + 5 thrusters + 7 HPC in 20 minutes.

I may have only got 9rds+5+7. Just like last time, I think I may have lost count. I didn't think I lost count at the time, but I feel like I might have now. The workout was so hard, my brain isn't functioning properly yet...and neither is my right arm. ooooooohhh

It was hard today! I got 13 rounds but used the 22 lb bar b/c of my elbow...it did not seem to bother it too bad. Maybe it is finally healing!! I have had 2 good workouts where I have felt strong! I think it is all attitude and zone!
