Well, we weren't able to do the rx'd WOD, but me and Kevin and Stephanie did a workout at the park that was a lot of fun.
It included, in no particular order:
3 sprints
30 push-ups
30 KB swings
30 sit-ups
30 SDHPs
30 squats
30 pull-ups
2 "sprint distance" walking lunges
1 "sprint distance" burpee long jump
Like I said, it was fun.
