95# full squat cleans
band assisted ring dips (least assistance possible)

Weakness was coming up out of the front squat, failed on a couple at that point toward the end. Pretty sore from the sprints yesterday. Need a rest day.

back arm dips off the box...eventually i will be doing the band assisted.. that is my next goal..
