I went a rode my mountain bike for about 2 hours at Pinson Mounds and then took my bar to Malesus park and did this one! I am loving this weather!

Had several re-do's on the snatches for failed attempts.

Yesterday did 2 hours of biking with Jayson and then followed with a 1.5 mile run and about 5 snatches. Snatches look and felt good.
This morning...whole different story...I fell every other snatch! I am NOT flexible at 5AM!
So, in an effort not to break my neck while I was all alone...
12 @ rx'd 65# (from floor)
9 @ 55# (from floor)
24 @ 45# (went to hang squat snatch @ this weight)
all full squat snatches
all kipping pull-ups (several chest to bar)

This sucked big asses. That's all i can say. I thought i was gonna die.
95# Snatches - the first 6 or 7 were power snatch/ohs, then i had to get my butt under the bar.
All pullups chest to bar.
