shoulder press 95lbs still rehabbing ribs

This morning I made up Lynne, results there.
This evening I worked with a new girl at he park and did 2 rounds of:
50 step walking lunges with 15# overhead
15 push-ups
200 meter forward sprint
200 meter backward run
25 sit-ups
Finished with 1.5 mile run

did 30 muscle ups for time. 8:20 PR big improvement over the 31 minutes my first time doing it.
