I haven't done any Crossfit for 2 weeks, except a brief little workout last Saturday. I have been lazy, but have done a little running here and there and now biking. I better get back in the game, cuz I thought I was going to die/faint/passout/eyes pop out/fart during Helen. Gah! I did manage to pop out 3 consecutive ugly "multi-clutched" kipping pull-ups today when I got there, though.
