Kipping pull-ups (skipped 3 on 1 round because my hands were hurting SO bad)
Band assisted ring dips (used absolutely the least amount of resistance possible)

Ran a 5k 24:10 could not make it to the gym today. Can't wait to get my own squat rack and weights.
