Finished 13 rounds kipping.
Went to jumping to change up the workout so I could keep going for more benefit. Finished through round 23 jumping/negatives.
91 kipping pull-ups/185 jumping
**Done on pull-up station in bedroom, bar has knurling which is unforgiving and rocks when I kip, canceling my momentum. All kips were 2-3 at a time. Still a pr.

I did "strict" jumping pull ups (arms straight between each jump).
Ashley had the jumpers do 2 pulls up for each round in place of a real pull up. For example, round one we did 2, round 2 we did 4, round 3 we did 6 and so on. I did 12 full round and got 23 out of 26 on the 13th round.
My calves are so sore from this WOD!
