185-205-215f-215-230 pulled back muscle. Very disappointed, I had my core tight and my hips were active. May have been dead lifts
yesterday.

65-85-95-105(f)-100(f)-100 success!
Got that last 100 up, but I almost psyched myself out of it. Ugh. A little disappointed overall, since I was push jerking 100# 3 months ago. No progress. Once again, I need to step it up.
Worked on 75# and 85# clean and jerks after this. I love clean and jerks!
