Blue band assisted ring dips, 43 strict push-ups, 7 knee push-ups, handstand push-ups with feet propped on racked bar, runs outside in 35 degree coldness.

**The runs were the easiest by far. Hit muscle failure on everything way before I was winded. Shoulders and abs SORE from yesterdays ladder.

Jumping ring dips, started out on real push ups and after about 10 reps I went to girl ones, ab mat sit ups instead of hand stand push ups.
