If you haven't done this...OMG, do it. It will jack you up. I just fell down trying to bend over and pick something up. I did heavy front squats this morning so that may have intensified the difficulty. I'm literally shaking.

95# presses throughout
45# KB SDHP rds 2-4 (which really sucked by the way....i would rather have rowed)
