Yyyeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! I love this one! My butt cheeks are gonna be burnin' Sunday evening!! Are we creepy crawling outside like last time?

Jennie 28/5'7/???

we are indeed going to have sore cheeks again for a week from creeping down the street! fun times!

I was wondering what the overhead carries were? Are they lunges? with how much weight?

jkeel 34/5'9/163

The overhead carries are any heavy weighted object (kettlebell, weight, tire, kid, whatever) that you carry in a walk with both arms extended straight overhead. When you get to the point that your arms will no longer stay straight overhead you must stop until you can get the weight up and go again. You want the weight to be pretty heavy so that you get a really good core/midline burn from trying to carry overhead.
I think I carried a 25 or 35# KB last time and had to stop 4 or 5 times.

Jennie 28/5'7/???

That above comment regarding overhead carries is obviously from me, not Jayson!
