Got 183 today, which I'm pleased with for now. Last FGB score was 148ish on 12-13-08.

WB-33/23/19
SDHP-23/18/15
PP-20/17/13
BJ-26/21/18
Row-10/11/10
112/90/75=277 (14 point pr!)
Same standards as always, 15# ball, 55# SDHP & PP, all jumps/no steps. Right shoulder pain intense on last round. Could not have pushed much harder, if any, so that 300 point FGB will be a hard goal to come by this year.

I was shooting for 200 but I just didn't get there. Those push presses kicked my butt.
3 rounds:
WB 16/SDHP 12/PP 6/Box 20/Row 12=66
14/10/6/19/12=61
16/9/6/20/10=61
Total of 188

PP-19/12/9
BJ-15/21/20
Row-8/7/6
WB-10/8/10
SDHP-14/13/11
Wall ball is my weakest point. Maybe it's because I'm only 5'2 and have short arms and I have to throw that dang ball almost 5 whole feet in the air. I hate WB!!!!
Ok, and Row - how are you girls getting so many calories on that blasted thing. I was movin' it on the first round and still only got 8 cals. I've listened to Ash and watched the videos about a more efficient pull on the row. Is it short girl syndrome again?

It probably has a little to do with your size, but maybe more about form. We can look at it Saturday. It may be all "short girl syndrome!"

Jamie - At least you didn't let PP's defeat you. For some reason, when I got to those I was so smoked I could barely even get 3 out at a time. What the heck? If I could have just gotten 12 on each round I would have made my goal.

wow...those sure look like 3 round scores to me. Not that i harbor any resentment or anything...
instead of going hard for the first three rounds, i held back and was consistent until the end. Is it better to burn out or fade away?
WB 18,17,15,10,17 = 77
SDHP 26,16,13,14,15 = 84
PP 17,12,12,8,9 = 58
BJ 20,16,15,12,21 = 84
Row 10,7,8,9,6 = 40
total for FIVE rounds : 343
three rd total = 222
*note - everything rx'd except the BJ...i used the little short one.
Believe it or not, I think i enjoyed that a little bit. It will make the 3 rounds not seem so bad next time.
