Hahahaha! Just looked back at the comments about his WOD in October. Looks like everyone was just as distraught about as I was Saturday. This WOD made me MAAAAAD! Ha. Don't remember my time. It was like 34-37 minutes with 65#. It sucked, I was cussing, I wanted to quit, I felt so weak, but I want to do it again.

oh my god! i was so sore. i really wanted to drop down on the weight but i'm glad i didn't.

I too was very sore and really thought about dropping my weight, but I made it, even though on the last round I was somewhat in a daze and light headed. Thanks to the Keels for pushing me!
